Whew! Sleepy day today after getting up early to vote. I have my fingers crossed for a D victory!

I’m getting very excited about my upcoming vacations. I need a break! On Friday night Jason, Rufus and I will go to the lake until Tuesday. It’ll be nice and relaxing… and lots of time for knitting! Then, Wed-Sunday I’ll be in LA visiting Maitha and Erin – yay! Can’t say I like LA much, and it’s definitely not going to be relaxing, but it’ll be fun and it’s worth visiting when two of my favorite people live there.

I finished my second (green) stocking and started the third (blue) one. I have also been working on undisclosed projects which are presents for people who read this blog. So, come x-mas I can reveal them… but not until then!
