Things have been a little nutty since the engagement – we’ve been planning as best we can. We visited 4 venues this weekend and one in particular looks really, really perfect. Jason wrote a bit about it in our blog: http://bellsoftheball.wordpress.com.

Yesterday, Rufus’ trainer, Tati, came and visited us so that we could take him to the dog park. I was freaked out because I had only ever been there one time before and Rufus was not well behaved. But yesterday he did GREAT! We kept him on the leash and he let other dogs come up and sniff him and play with him! He hip-checked them if he wasn’t interested – he never snapped or growled! The only time he did was when another dog was on a leash. So, I think we’ve figured out that he’s okay with other dogs as long as THEY are not on a leash. Weird, right? Regardless, I am SO happy. I took him to the park for our morning walk this morning and he did great. I am really proud of him!

I’m pretty close to done with all of my knitted x-mas presents which is nice….. more on that later!
